PNZ Executive Reports

28/03/06 Proposal: That PNZ Council Minutes, Executive Reports such as the Chief Executive Reports and Financial Reports are made available in PDF format or in HTML on the PNZ page (like the 2005 Coaches Report). You can find an excellent example of how this can be done, on this WPA web page.

The 2005 Chief Executive Report used to be on the PNZ site as a PDF file. This has been removed at some stage, as the link to it on the MPC Blog no longer works. Having these documents permanently archived will assist members in finding and absorbing information. Thanks for your input. -Tom van B.

Comment 1 I totaly agree with you Tom. Also, I would like to see the APA constitution, Agenda, Minutes of Meetings, the Committee, committee members all recorded on the APA website for every member to read. -Rita de Beer

Comment 2 Rita is like minded with the APA committee who also recognise the limitations of the APA web site - indeed its communication as a whole, to the clubs. This is one area that the APA will be focusing on in 2006 and already we are investigating web site capabilities that are available to us.

Meanwhile, we are addressing the lack of communication by placing committee meeting minutes on the web site. The constitution will also be available as soon as we are able to do so.

On a more strategic note, we are in the process of developing a strategic plan for APA which will include a communication plan. -Joanne Evans, secretary of APA.

Comment 3 It is good to see that PNZ has published the 2006 Executive Reports and AGM documents on their website today (20/04/2006)|. They have also today republished the 2005 AGM documents on the same web page (including the 2005 CEO Report). -Tom van B.
